Dance Trance is a licensed fitness dance fitness program taking the fitness industry by storm…and now its here in Madison! Dance Fitness is a dance-oriented fitness class where you get a great workout while losing yourself in the music and rythym!
Learn choreographed dances to the latest music for a great physical workout and energy boost. An amazing sound system and club lighting take the party to a whole new level. Dance Trance Classes are taught by DT instructors who break down the routines into easy-to-learn steps. And if you want a little more help, there's "Dance Trance Break Down" Classes that are great for beginners to dance workouts.
Dance Trance offers morning and evening classes Monday through Saturday. Monthly passes, and per-class packages are available for complete flexibility!
